United States and Outlying Territories
  • Free Shipping for orders $130 above.
  • We use Priority Mail (2 to 4 days).
  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • All movement is traceable via tracking number provided.
  • Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
  • Choosing this service means you or your appointed family member must be personally available to sign the package upon delivery.
  • We do not offer ship back to the buyer in cases where delivery was unsuccessful due to the negligence of the buyer.
  • We do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges on supplements and beauty products.
  • Luxxe.us is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales outside the United States.
  • Luxxe.us is not responsible for stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracker.
  • The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our HQ and marked as unclaimed for undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
  • Luxxe.us does not offer free shipping back to the customer in cases where delivery was unsuccessful because he or she failed to receive the package.

 Canada and International

  • All international order are shipped via UPS or DHL Express and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery.
  • We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
  • Luxxe.us strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
