HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your tracking number can be located in your order confirmation email (sent as soon as the order was placed) and in the shipment confirmation email if you have received one.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Generally, orders placed before 12pm local time Monday-Friday are shipped on the same business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 Days
Transit time is always measured in business days, and does not include the day of shipment. On the day we ship your order, it will leave our facility in the evening to be sorted by the carrier, and transit time will start the next business day. Where transit time is quoted as a range, time depends on the delivery locations distance from the location it is shipped from. Your tracking link should be updated with an estimated delivery date 24-48 hours after you receive notification of shipment.
